1. General Principles- 

  • Fees paid for classes, workshops, or performances are primarily non-refundable, as they secure your seat and support institutional planning.- 

  • Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

   Refunds may be granted in the following cases:- 

  • Duplicate Payment: If a student accidentally pays twice for the same class or program.- 

  • Technical Error: If a transaction fails due to payment gateway issues but the amount is debited.- 

  • Institutional Cancellation: If Nrtyāñjali Kalānikētana cancels a scheduled class, workshop, or event without rescheduling.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be provided for:- 

  • Student absence or withdrawal after registration.- 

  • Partial attendance of classes or workshops.- 

  • Change of mind after fee payment.- 

  • Missed sessions due to personal reasons.


4. Refund Process- 

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to nknbengaluru@gmail.com.

  • Proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt) must be provided.- 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.


5. Transfer Option- 

  • In certain cases, instead of a refund, fees may be adjusted/credited towards future classes, workshops, or performances.- 

  • This option will be offered at the institution’s discretion.
